edit: Apparently, Tumblr did not keep the full size of the image when I uploaded it.  What is says is 1/4 cup of vinegar mixed with 1/4 cup of honey.  Use this mixture to take 1 tablespoon six times per day.  I’ve done it once or twice per day so I didn’t make that much, and it’s helped a great deal.  My throat is basically normal now.

The point being though is that this works.  As some of you know, I’ve been sick.  That’s why there are no Fitocracy posts for Monday and probably won’t be for the next two or three days.

The vinegar and honey suggestion in this image works like magic.  I wake up and, of course, my throat’s sore.  Isn’t it always worse when you wake up?  I do this and it clears my throat right up.

The taste is very strong.  Be prepared for that if you try it.  The honey helps, but not by much.
